Peppi Lane Stay is a spacious two storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa right in the heart of Margaret River, with two living areas it’s a great space for couples travelling together or a family of up to 6.
The Space
As you enter through the front door, you’ll find the master bedroom on your right and the open plan living / dining / kitchen area at the end of the hall. The downstairs living area is one of two, with the other being upstairs. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating for all guests, TV, air-conditioning, dining table and opens out on to the bright outdoor courtyard.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a home cooked meal while away on holiday, cook a roast, plate up a cheese board or prep a salad for your evening BBQ out on the patio. There is a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and coffee machine.
The master bedroom is downstairs, with a four poster King bed, reverse cycle air-con, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
Upstairs you’ll find the second living room, complete with kitchenette, couches, 2nd TV and seating area. The second and third bedrooms are also upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with reverse cycle air-con. The main bathroom has a large step in shower, vanity and separate toilet just outside.
The back courtyard is bright and private, a great place to relax in the morning with a coffee or evening with a glass of local wine. There is parking for 2 cars in the carport with secure roller door. The villa is part of a small complex of 7 villas, with a car gate at the start of the driveway.
Peppi Lane Stay is private and quiet yet just a few steps from the main street, with direct walking access via a gate to the back lane. From ‘Ned Higgins Lane’ you can access the famous Margaret River Bakery and Swings Taphouse, less that 200m away! Close to all the best of Margs town, you can walk to the many shops, cafes, river and walk trails.
