Choosing the right holiday home manager for your investment is crucial. At Swell Stays we focus on getting you the best rental income while offering a full holiday home management service for your investment property in the Margaret River Region.

It is important to note, that we only take on houses that have shire approval for tourism use as a Holiday Home. The Augusta-Margaret River Shire has a condition on their approval notice that states ‘a Manager or a contactable employee of the Manager that permanently resides no greater than a 35 minute drive from the site shall be nominated for the Holiday House”, so one of the first questions we ask you is “Does your property have Shire Approval in place?” Here at Swell Stays, we love what we do. Each member of our team lives and breathes the Margaret River lifestyle and we thrive on giving travellers the opportunity to stay in an amazing holiday home while exploring all that the region has to offer.

We want to give people the opportunity to use the website as an information platform for their holiday destination which brings more people to our website and increases the exposure of your property. We do this through Blogs, Experiences, Top Picks and having direct links through our social media platforms to ‘Book Now’ - we have 12,000 likes on Facebook and over 1,500 followers on Instagram. Your holiday home will be listed on the Swell Stays website to generate direct bookings and is the way our return guests choose to book.
