Swell Stays was founded in 2011 by Dionne Maijer (Dee), starting with just four homes in Gracetown. Through dedication, local knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality, we’ve grown into one of Margaret River’s most trusted holiday rental management companies.
Today, our business proudly manages a diverse portfolio of holiday homes across the South West, supported by:
- A dedicated team of 7 office staff handling reservations, marketing, and guest support.
- An in-house housekeeping team ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- A local maintenance expert for fast, reliable property care.
