With 3 spacious bedrooms this is the perfect home for families or small groups. There's a lovely outdoor patio and garden for the warmer months and a cosy fireplace for the cooler months, 'Kevill Hideaway' is the perfect spot to relax all year round!
The Space
This three bedroom hideaway is tucked away just minutes from Margaret River town, as well as some of Margaret Rivers best beaches and wineries. The main bedroom features a king size bed and reverse cycle air-conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the twin room has 2 x single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan dining and living room feature a open wood fireplace! The main bathroom is modern and there is a second shower & toilet in the laundry room. The wide verandah creates a great space to chill out on the outdoor lounge overlooking the rural setting or cook up a feast on the outdoor weber BBQ, with a glass of local wine in hand.

Other Things to Note
Pets: The house is in a rural location and it is dog friendly, however guests are to note there are no fences at the property and there are houses close by in the neighbourhood with other dogs, chickens and local kangaroos so your dog must be kept with the owner at all times if leaving the property and kept on a lead while at the house.
