Grab a book and some wine, you will be able to sit back on long afternoons on the fully enclosed deck overlooking the most amazing views of the whole of the Bay.
Watts is a no fuss fibro cottage. Just a short walk down the hill to the general store and beach front. A very well appointed chalet with all the comforts you need for a great stay.
The Space
The 2 storey chalet style surf shack sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and self contained space downstairs.
Upstairs is has two queen bed rooms and a 3rd room with two single beds. There is a 4th bedroom off the downstairs games room with a double and a single bed.
The back deck overlooks the ocean and Gracetown bay and has a table setting and gas BBQ.
Other things to note:
Construction Noise: Please note there is currently a house being built on the block in front of Watts. There may be some construction noise on weekdays between 7am-5pm.
Stairs: This home is fantastic for the family - however, please note the stairs up to the house are steep.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
