Parking
Onsite Parking for 2 cars is provided, one in the garage and one at the bottom of the driveway. Trailers, boats or jet skis, are not permitted to be parked on the driveway. Alternative free offsite parking is allowed on the road/verges.
Amenities
We like to provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, body wash, oil, salt and pepper sachets, tea bags, coffee sachets, bin liners, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc. upon arrival. These items are complementary and additional supplies of these are available at any of the three supermarkets in town River Fresh IGA, Coles and Woolworths.
Netflix
Is on the living room TV so all you need to do is sign into your account and remember to sign out before leaving
Back deck outdoor lights
Floor Lights - These are on a timer so don’t worry about when these turn on/off
BBQ Light – Operated by the the Power point above the BBQ, turn on/off as desired
BBQ
The BBQ is connected to the Main Gas line. There is NO need operate the gas, just turn the BBQ on, and ensure it is turned off and left cleaned after use.
Bath
Please note, that as per the listing the bath in the master ensuite does not function as a spa (the pump does not work), it is to be used as a bathtub only.
Noise Curfew
Quiet time is from 9pm. Please be reminded that we have a strict no party policy and ask that you be respectful of our neighbours at all times during your stay, particularly after sunset we ask you to please bring any music/noise inside.
No Smoking
Strictly NO Smoking inside the house. Please make sure any outside smoking is away from open windows and doors and cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of appropriately. Any cigarette/cigar odours inside the house will incur an additional cleaning charge.
Gas Bottles
Please note that if a gas bottle runs out during your stay you will need to manually switch to the other gas bottle. Please let us know if you have to switch bottles during your stay so we can be sure to order a replacement bottle.
Please note: the pilot light on the hot water system needs to be re-lit if the gas bottles are changed over. ‘Click’’ the cover off the front of the hot water system, on the back it shows you how to re-ignite the ignition.
Rubbish / Bins
There are 3 bins outside the house, located at the front gate entrance, numbered 4. Separate bins are provided for general waste (red lid), recycling (yellow lid) and all food waste (green lid). Bottles can also be recycled in the bottle bag located alongside the bins.. Please make sure to put your rubbish in the bins before you leave so we can avoid ants from moving in.
The bin with the yellow lid is for recycling.
The bin with the red lid is for all other general waste.
The bin with the light green lid is for all organic waste including food scraps.
Smoke Alarms
This is fitted with a hard wired smoke alarm(s) with a battery back-up. Excessive smoke from cooking may set off the alarm. To turn off press the central button for a short period of time. If the alarm is continually making a regular ‘beep’ noise every 60 seconds it requires a new backup battery. Please advise our office so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Check-out Procedure
Check-out - Check-out time is anytime before 10am
Linen - please leave used beds unmade
Dishes - please wash and put away all dishes / cutlery / crockery
Power Off - please make sure you turn off the stove, all lights, heaters etc.
Furniture - please return any furniture that was rearranged during your stay to it’s original position
Rubbish - please take out the rubbish
Towels - please leave used towels on the bathroom floor
Door - please make sure you lock all the doors
Keys - please leave the keys in the lock box
Personal Belongings - please do a final check of the house for any personal belongings before you leave
