Hot Water System
When you arrive at the house, you will need to switch the Hot Water System on. The system is electric, there is a switch inside the house on the wall near the pantry with HWS on it.
Amenities
We like to provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, body wash, oil, salt and pepper sachets, tea bags, coffee sachets, bin liners, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc. upon arrival. These items are complementary and additional supplies of these are available at any of the three supermarkets in town River Fresh IGA, Coles and Woolworths.
Air-con
There is a Dakin split system air-con in the living room. Please use the remote on the wall next to the front door to turn the air-con On. Use the mode button to change from Heat (Sun icon) in winter to Cool (Snowflake icon) in summer. The best temperature is 24degrees.
Noise Curfew
Quiet time is from 9pm. Please be reminded that we have a strict no party policy and ask that you be respectful of our neighbours at all times during your stay, particularly after sunset we ask you to please bring any music/noise inside.
EV Charger
Step 1) Download Z-Box app from the App Store

Step 2) Stand next to the ZJ Benny wall charger mounted on the Studio wall at the bottom of the driveway.
Step 3) Make sure your phone has the Bluetooth setting switched on. The ZJ Benny Ev charger will come up on your phone in the Bluetooth setting as Surfside. See picture below.
Step 4) Connect to Surfside
Step 5) It will now ask for a password to be entered. The password is 628519
Once your vehicle is connected via the cable, the wall charger will power up and start charging your EV.
No Smoking
Strictly NO Smoking inside the house. Please make sure any outside smoking is away from open windows and doors and cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of appropriately. Any cigarette/cigar odours inside the house will incur an additional cleaning charge. Please be very careful, bushfires can start with a cigarette butt.
Rubbish / Bins
There are 3 bins outside the house. Please make sure to put your rubbish in the bins before you leave so we can avoid ants from moving in.
The bin with the yellow lid is for recycling.
The bin with the red lid is for all other general waste.
The bin with the light green lid is for all organic waste including food scraps.
Smoke Alarms
This is fitted with a hard wired smoke alarm(s) with a battery back-up. Excessive smoke from cooking may set off the alarm. To turn off press the central button for a short period of time. If the alarm is continually making a regular βbeepβ noise every 60 seconds it requires a new backup battery. Please advise our office so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Check-out Procedure
Check-out - Check-out time is anytime before 10am
Linen - please leave used beds unmade
Dishes - please wash and put away all dishes / cutlery / crockery
Power Off - please make sure you turn off the stove, all lights, heaters etc.
Furniture - please return any furniture that was rearranged during your stay to itβs original position
Rubbish - please take out the rubbish
Towels - please leave used towels on the bathroom floor
Door - please make sure you lock all the doors
Keys - please leave the keys in the lock box
Personal Belongings - please do a final check of the house for any personal belongings before you leave
