Parking
Please be careful on the driveway, it is tight when passing villa one.
Please park your car in front of Prevelly Hideaway ‘1B’ and please be careful not to block the driveway for the guests in the front villa.
Amenities
We like to provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, body wash, oil, salt and pepper sachets, tea bags, coffee sachets, bin liners, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc. upon arrival. These items are complementary and additional supplies of these are available at any of the three supermarkets in town River Fresh IGA, Coles and Woolworths.
TV
For TV - turn ON using large remote. Should be set to HDMI 2, use Source button if not set. Use small remote and aim at set top box for TV channels. Use grey button on left to find channels, or use remote for known channel numbers.
For DVD - use large TV remote, select AV1 for DVD on Source button.
Septics
The house uses a septic tank for waste (toilet). Please dispose of all items other than toilet paper in the bin provided in the toilet.
Noise Curfew
Quiet time is from 9pm. Please be reminded that we have a strict no party policy and ask that you be respectful of our neighbours at all times during your stay, particularly after sunset we ask you to please bring any music/noise inside.
No Smoking
Strictly NO Smoking inside the apartment.
Please make sure any outside smoking is away from open windows and doors and cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of appropriately. Any cigarette/cigar odours inside the house will incur an additional cleaning charge.
Pets
A Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at any one time. All dogs must be kept off furniture/beds. Please remember that while we love your furry friends, you are responsible for their ‘deposits’. Please pick up and dispose of all dog droppings in the outdoor bin green or red bin, especially on departure.
Rubbish / Bins
There are 3 bins outside the house. Please make sure to put your rubbish in the bins before you leave so we can avoid ants from moving in.
The bin with the yellow lid is for recycling.
The bin with the red lid is for all other general waste.
The bin with the light green lid is for all organic waste including food scraps.
Smoke Alarms
This is fitted with a hard wired smoke alarm(s) with a battery back-up. Excessive smoke from cooking may set off the alarm. To turn off press the central button for a short period of time. If the alarm is continually making a regular ‘beep’ noise every 60 seconds it requires a new backup battery. Please advise our office so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Check-out Procedure
Check-out - Check-out time is anytime before 10am
Linen - please leave used beds unmade
Dishes - please wash and put away all dishes / cutlery / crockery
Power Off - please make sure you turn off the stove, all lights, heaters etc.
Furniture - please return any furniture that was rearranged during your stay to it’s original position
Rubbish - please take out the rubbish
Towels - please leave used towels on the bathroom floor
Door - please make sure you lock all the doors. Please ensure the front door is closed and check that it is locked upon leaving.
Personal Belongings - please do a final check of the house for any personal belongings before you leave
