The Space
The ground floor welcomes you into a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living room with natural light through large windows. The comfy couch and arm chair provides seating up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave and drip filter coffee machine. There’s a large dining table and the bookshelf’s are equipped with a good collection of books and games.
Through a sliding door to the patio there is a lovely outdoor area with seating and a bbq.
Down the hall on the right you’ll find the laundry with washing machine and a 2nd toilet.
Ascend the stairs, you’ll find the entertainment room offering a space for leisure and entertainment complete with a television, air conditioning & kitchenette.
Upstairs you’ll find two spacious queen bedrooms and the bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and vanity basin.
The townhouse is compact and cosy while also providing enough room for up to 4 guests to enjoy their holiday in comfort. Located down a short driveway in a quiet complex, there is a double garage suitable for 2 cars.
