The Bay House - Geographe

The Bay House - Geographe is a relaxed three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home in a peaceful pocket of Geographe, just six minutes from the heart of Busselton. With the beach only a short stroll away and Port Geographe close by, it’s a great base for enjoying everything this beautiful part of the South West has to offer.

Sleeping up to six guests, the home offers plenty of space to unwind with two separate living areas, a fully fenced yard and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Bring your furry family member along too, making this an easy-going coastal escape for families, couples and small groups.

The Space

The Bay House features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The first bedroom is positioned at the front of the home and features sliding doors, while the second and third bedrooms provide comfortable spaces to retreat to at the end of the day.

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom features a corner spa bath, separate shower and vanity, with a separate toilet located down the hall. The second bathroom is combined with the laundry and includes a shower, toilet and basin, along with a washing machine for guest use.

There are two separate living areas, giving families plenty of room to spread out. A sunken, carpeted lounge provides an additional place to relax and includes a couch and kids' toys. The main living area sits at the heart of the home beside the kitchen and features a comfortable L-shaped couch, Smart TV, coffee table and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy holiday stay, including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Outside, settle into one of the chairs on the front porch and watch the world go by, fire up the BBQ on the paved area beside the living room, or enjoy a meal together at the outdoor dining table on the lawn. The fully fenced yard provides extra space for children and dogs to enjoy.

Other Things to Note

Internet: Wi-Fi is available at the property.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Linen: linen is included in your stay.

Parking: There is parking for two cars in the driveway. There is also room for one car to park undercover in the carport behind the garage door.

Laundry: The laundry is combined with the second bathroom and includes a washing machine.

Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay and enjoy the many dog friendly beaches in the region. The yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking. Please note that pets must stay off the furniture at all times.
