Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful ocean views and just a short walk to the beach.

All modern facilities including fresh linen and towels. The modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped including coffee and tea provided. The apartment has a homely feel, it is clean and modern with a lovely outside patio area complete with BBQ.

Located in Gracetown, it is so close to all the beautiful wineries and breweries. FortyTwo Mini is the perfect home away from home to come back to after a long lunch or a stunning cape to cape walk. Margaret River is a 20 minute drive away.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

"Great location for the view! Central to all Margaret River regions. We loved coming back to sit on the deck after a busy day out. Everything was easy and we loved the fireplace too as it was cold for October. Loved having the BBQ - we bought some great meats from the butcher at Cowaramup; delicious! Thanks to the Swell Stays staff everything was easily arranged. It was a great holiday!"
