Baudin Beach House is a large family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two large living areas, fantastic outdoor area with ocean view and did we mention it has a pool?! This home is set up for 6 guests, and you’ll find more than enough room for the whole family at spacious Baudin Beach House.

The Space

The open plan kitchen, living, dining area is huge! Stand at the kitchen sink and you’ll have a view of the ocean, sit at the dining table or on the couch in the sitting area and you guessed it… you’ll have an ocean view. The older style home is clean and comfortable and what it lacks in modern finishes it makes up for in size, pool time and that ocean view.

The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a family feast or prepare a casual BBQ by the pool. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with large timber table, there is a glass sliding door from here out to the pool area, through a glass pool gate. There is a sitting area with four couches to sit back with a good book or glass of wine in the evening. Near the front entry is the large second living area with TV, comfortable seating and a bookshelf full of books. This would be a great spot for the kids to watch a movie.

The master bedroom is down a short hallway of its own, with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity basin. You can see the sea from both the bedroom and bathroom windows.

There is ducted air-conditioning to all bedrooms and the main living area, to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Off the open plan living area is the hallway to the other two bedrooms and bathroom / laundry. The 2nd bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. The combined bathroom laundry is spacious and has a bath with shower, vanity basin and toilet; the built in laundry has a laundry trough and washing machine.

The pool area will be the heart of this home come summertime. The expansive deck wraps around the pool and includes an undercover seating area with comfortable outdoor couches and BBQ. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach or in the pool. There is a small outdoor dining table on the deck outside the master bedroom. The pool is an infinity style and looks amazing, the view from the pool to the ocean is seamless.

There is a grassed garden area to the front side of the house complete with lemon tree, you can access this area from the pool deck through the side pool gate or from the front of the house. The driveway is steep with parking for two cars at the bottom.

Baudin Beach House is a spacious laid back family holiday home high on the hill in Gnarabup, just 11mins drive from Margaret River town. Gnarabup beach, The Common and White Elephant are 2mins drive away. It’s the perfect spot to escape the busy city life and wind-down while on holidays down south. Sit back and relax while taking in the breath taking pool & ocean views.

Other Things to Note

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.

Linen: linen is included in your stay.

Water Safety: there is a pool at this property. Please keep pool gates closed at all times and never leave children unsupervised. The sliding door in the master bedroom is screwed shut, do not attempt to open it. If children are joining you, your little ones will need to be supervised at all times. Please take care.

Pool deck: the pool and deck is infinity style and there is no railing around the outer edge of the pool deck, it is built to standard however we need to ask all guests travelling with or without children to be mindful of this at all times.

Pool Cover: we ask that all guests please place the cover back on the pool when the pool is not it use in the summer months in line with the eco friendly pool requirements to avoid excess loss of water through evaporation.

Pool Service: If you happen to be staying at the house on a Thursday, the Pool service person might knock on the door and pop around the side to service the pool. We will let you know more once your booking is confirmed.
