Prevelly Beach House is just metres from the beach and within easy walking distance to the local store and cafes. Close to the Margaret River township and many of the beautiful surf beaches and wineries in the region, it is an ideal place to relax
The house has recently undergone an interior renovation. This renovation represents significantly improved facilities in all areas as shown in the new photos.
Prevelly Beach House is perfect for families, with two living areas and ideally located across the road from the middle of stunning Prevelly Bay. There are two short access paths to the beach, one being a traditional sand and step pathway, the other a hard limestone path. Both lead to the beach and the Beach Walk Track - a hard limestone path that runs the length of the Bay.
The Space
The house is light and bright. The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm during your beachside holiday. There are two separate living areas, each with their own satellite TV and there is free Wifi throughout.
The new bedding configuration for the 3 bedroom house is:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
The large back patio is undercover, has a BBQ and creates a great space to relax after a morning at the beach.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

"We had a fantastic stay at The Prevelly Beach House. The location is the biggest selling point - you can see the path to the beach from the driveway! We had been tossing up whether to stay near the beach or in Margaret River town, and we're so happy we chose this place - the town is only a 10 minute drive and there's a great cafe just a short walk along the beach, and we sat on the beach and watched the sun set every night. The house itself is great - big and spacious with two lounge rooms and bathrooms, a separate laundry, a well equipped kitchen and a good sized backyard with a BBQ (which we made good use of!) Dee was a fantastic host - very helpful and responsive and even left us a welcome bottle of wine. Would definitely stay again, especially once we have kids - it's set up very well for families.
