Karrack House

Karrack House is a welcoming three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home located within the Witchcliffe Ecovillage, just 10 minutes south of Margaret River. Set in the charming village affectionately known as "Witchie", the home offers a peaceful South West escape surrounded by nature, while still providing easy access to the region's renowned wineries, surf beaches and attractions.

With light-filled living spaces, a lovely outlook across the neighbouring paddock and plenty of room to unwind, Karrack House is ideal for families or a group of friends looking to slow down and enjoy the Margaret River Region.

Karrack House comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and its own ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, making it a great setup for children or friends travelling together. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.

At the heart of the home is the spacious, open-plan living area, filled with natural light and overlooking the paddock beyond. The open kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with the adjoining dining and lounge areas creating an inviting space for everyone to come together. Wi-Fi and a TV are available for relaxed evenings at home.

A loft sits upstairs, connected to the main living area. This versatile additional space makes a wonderful play area for children or a quiet spot to set up a laptop, read or enjoy some downtime.

Sliding doors lead from the living area outside, where you'll find outdoor seating for six and a BBQ. Settle in for an easy afternoon meal while taking in the peaceful surrounds and paddock outlook.

For longer stays, the house also provides convenient laundry facilities with both a washing machine and dryer.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Strictly no school leavers.
