This one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio features an open plan living and sleeping layout designed for simplicity and comfort. The studio features a queen bed within the open plan space. The seating area includes a Smart TV, creating a comfortable spot to relax after a day out. The kitchenette is well equipped for light meals, offering a portable stovetop, microwave and coffee machine, perfect for slow mornings before heading out to explore. 

The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower and toilet, finished with a fresh and modern feel. While compact, the studio is thoughtfully set up to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a private outdoor seating area with a BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. There is also one parking space available on the driveway for convenience.
