The unit is on ground level with a car parking bay right out the front door. The unit features one bedroom with queen size bed and forest views. The modern galley style kitchen has a cooktop, dishwasher and bar fridge (no oven or freezer) and opens out onto the back deck complete with electric BBQ and amazing uninterrupted forest views.
The living room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV and Wifi access. The large modern bathroom features a free standing bath tub and open shower.
You'll have your own private access and will not be disturbed during your stay. The upper level may be occupied during your stay, however this is completely separate and the tenant will not have access to the guest accommodation.
Within walking distance to the local bakery and cafe strip, Indulge yourself at gourmet restaurants and everything that Margaret River has to offer.
Relax and unwind with nature at your door step, with access to walking trails just minutes away and close to mountain bike tracks. Walk to the famous Margaret River bakery for a coffee and almond croissant in the morning, a cocktail or local beer on the balcony at Swings Taphouse or a delicious traditional Italian woodfired pizza from Pizzica!
