Overlooking the town oval and just a 3-minute walk from the vibrant main street, this stylish home offers the ideal base for couples, families or small groups looking to experience everything the region has to offer.

From local cafés and restaurants to boutique shopping and world-class wineries, everything is within easy reach. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, park views and modern comforts throughout, Station Stays combines convenience, comfort and privacy for up to four (4) guests.

The Space

Station Stays is a thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom house spread across two levels. Currently approved for just 4 guests, there is more than enough room to stretch out and relax in modern comfort at Station Stays!

Downstairs, the home opens into a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area filled with natural light and overlooking the adjacent park and oval. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, while the comfortable lounge features a Smart TV and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring Margaret River.

The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor and features a king bed, walk-in robe and a private ensuite complete with shower, vanity and toilet. From the dining area, sliding doors provide easy access to the undercover outdoor patio, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the peaceful park outlook. Guests can also access the neighbouring oval, playground and skate park directly through the rear gate. A double garage with EV charger is available for guest use.

Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed queen bedrooms positioned at opposite ends of the home, providing privacy and comfort for guests. The main bathroom includes a shower and vanity, while a separate powder room adds extra convenience. A second living area with Smart TV and kitchenette offers a quiet retreat, while the spacious balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink overlooking the town oval.

Located within a gated complex of just five residences, Station Stays offers a peaceful and secure setting while remaining just moments from Margaret River's bustling town centre.

Linen: Linen is included in your stay.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

EV Charger: A complimentary EV charger is available for guest use during your stay. The charger is intended for reasonable personal use, such as charging one vehicle per day. Usage is monitored via an app, and in the unlikely event of excessive use, charging access may be adjusted accordingly.
