The Space
You will enter through the front door, there is a TV room downstairs and then the stairs lead you up to the first floor apartment, above the main residence. Relax and unwind in the small but comfortable open-plan living space, which includes a smart TV and a comfortable couch, perfect for a quiet evening in. The kitchenette is equipped with modern essentials, including an air-fryer, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine – everything you need for a leisurely breakfast or quick meal.
Step outside onto the spacious balcony and enjoy al fresco dining at the table, or fire up the BBQ while taking in views of the picturesque town oval. Whether you're cooking up a storm or simply enjoying a glass of wine, the outdoor space is a lovely place to relax.

No Laundry Facilities: please note, there is on laundry facilities at the apartment.
Parking: The garage is not for guests use. There is parking for one car, please park on the left side, in front of the garage.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
