The bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and wardrobe, with double glass doors opening to a private outdoor seating area – a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine.

Located within The River complex, South-West Rest offers access to onsite facilities including the River Bar and Restaurant, tennis courts, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free parking for one vehicle is available just outside the studio.

Cooking Facilities: please note, as per the listing there is a kitchenette only. There is no oven.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. 

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
