This second-level studio apartment offers comfort and convenience just a short stroll from the town’s vibrant cafes, restaurants and boutiques. With world-renowned wineries, pristine beaches and majestic forest trails nearby, it’s an ideal base to relax and explore the best of the region. 

The Space

Siana Studio features an open-plan layout, perfect for up to two guests. Unwind in the inviting king bed with fresh linens and towels, and enjoy a private ensuite bathroom. The sitting area with table and chairs is ideal for morning cuppa tea or planning your day’s adventures.

A compact kitchenette includes a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle - providing everything you need for light meals or snacks. Relax with the TV, and enjoy air-conditioned comfort after exploring Margaret River.

Located within the Higgins Lane Motel complex, Siana Studio also offers free on-site parking and a prime location in the heart of town.

Other things to note:

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the studio in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. 

Linen: linen is included in your stay.

No parties: We have a strict no parties policy

No School Leavers: Strictly no school leavers

No Pets: sorry, no pets.

Not suitable for infants/toddlers. There is no cot or highchair provided.

There is construction occurring in Higgins Lane opposite the apartment.

The apartment is a private apartment and is not operated by Higgins Lane Motel. There is no onsite reception.
