The Space

A modern three bedroom house located in the heart of Margaret River Town, a short stroll to beautiful walking/cycling trails, restaurants, cafes and shops on the main street of Margaret River and a leisurely 10 minute drive to some of Margaret River's best beaches and wineries. 

The open plan living area is light and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and the 3rd has two single beds. There is a bathroom with separate bath & shower and a separate laundry with toilet.

The front yard has a large peppi tree creating a private paved courtyard and undercover seating area with BBQ. The garden is fully fenced so your fur babies can roam around free.

Other things to note

Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay and enjoy the many dog friendly beaches in the Margaret River Region. The yard is fully fenced. We kindly ask to not leave your pets home alone to avoid damage and noise complaints. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
