The Space
As you enter the house, there is a wing to your right with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the second queen bedroom and fourth bedroom with 2 single beds share a bathroom with separate toilet.
At the other end of the house you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with bath tub. There is a second living area / TV room near the master.
The open plan living area has space for the whole family, with large dining table and comfortable TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare some delicious home cooked meals, complete with air fryer, sandwich press, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The living area opens out to the large fully fenced back yard with nice undercover patio and BBQ. There is even a (seasonal) fire pit.
The double garage offers extra space for family entertainment, featuring a table tennis table and dart board, perfect for friendly competitions on rainy days or relaxed evenings at home. An EV charger is also available for guests to use free of charge. Please note that due to the table tennis setup, the garage accommodates parking for one vehicle only.
