This bright renovated ground-level apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, just a short stroll to town’s cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. With world-class wineries, stunning beaches and forest trails at your doorstep, it’s the perfect spot for couples, friends or small families to unwind and enjoy the best of the region. With two king beds, it's a great base for up to 4 guests.

The Space

Estelle Studio offers a generous open-plan layout thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests. The space features two plush king beds with fresh linens and towels, a modern ensuite bathroom and a cosy sitting area with table and two chairs. Please note: the two sleeping areas are divided by a partition wall, not a door.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle - perfect for preparing light meals or your morning cuppa tea before a day of adventures. Stay entertained with a TV, Netflix and free WiFi, or simply relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring the Margaret River region.

Located within the Higgins Lane Motel complex, you’ll enjoy free on-site parking and unbeatable proximity to the town centre. 
 

Other things to note:

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the studio in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. 

Linen: linen is included in your stay.

No parties: We have a strict no parties policy

No School Leavers: Strictly no school leavers

No Pets: sorry, no pets.
