Kaya Cottage is a newly renovated holiday home set in one of Margaret River’s most sought after pockets, just moments from the forest edge and only a short two minute stroll to the main street.

The Space

Stepping inside, you arrive in the open plan living and kitchen area, a bright and welcoming space designed for easy holiday living. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. The adjoining dining table seats six, creating a relaxed spot for shared meals. The fully renovated kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need for longer stays.

All three bedrooms are located along the hallway. The master bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third features two king singles, making the layout ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Two bathrooms service the home, both positioned on the same level. The main bathroom is beautifully renovated and includes a laundry, shower and separate toilet. The second bathroom remains in its original style but is fully functional, complete with a bath and toilet.

Outdoors, the cottage continues to impress with a spacious front yard and a fully fenced backyard. Here you will find an outdoor dining setting and BBQ, perfect for relaxed afternoons or evenings under the fairy lights and star filled skies.

Others things to note

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat and tidy condition on departure and follow our check out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Linen: Linen is included in your stay.

Pets: Sorry, strictly no pets.
