Bella’s Loft is a welcoming two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Margaret River, perfectly positioned for guests who want to enjoy everything the town and surrounding region have to offer. With the town centre close by and easy access to nearby walking and mountain bike trails, it’s a convenient base for couples, friends or small groups of up to four guests.
Set above the host’s private residence, the loft has its own entrance and is completely private during your stay. With generous indoor living spaces, a games room and a small balcony for outdoor dining, Bella’s Loft offers a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind after a day exploring Margaret River. Better still, it’s pet friendly, so your furry family member can come along too.
The Space
Bella’s Loft is a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment accessed via a private entrance on the right-hand side of the house. Step through the front door and head straight upstairs to your private loft accommodation. At the top of the stairs, a small reading nook provides a cosy spot to settle in with a book.
The main living area is open plan, bringing together the lounge, dining and kitchen spaces. Relax on one of the two couches in front of the TV, enjoy the comfort of air-conditioning and heating, or gather around the dining table with seating for four. The kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine for your morning coffee.
Separate from the main living space is a large entertaining room, located to the left at the top of the stairs. With a comfortable couch and a convertible games table offering pool, air hockey and table tennis, it’s a great space to spend a relaxed afternoon or enjoy a little friendly competition.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, with a king bed in Bedroom 1 and a queen bed in Bedroom 2. The main bathroom is located towards the back of the loft near Bedroom 1 and includes a shower, toilet and vanity, along with a combined laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
At the rear of the loft, accessed through the king bedroom, a small balcony offers an outdoor dining table and BBQ, perfect for enjoying an easy meal outside. Please note there is no garden or additional outdoor area at the property.

Other Things to Note
Hosted STRA: Bella’s Loft is a hosted short-term rental accommodation, with the host living in the separate apartment downstairs. The downstairs residence is blocked off by a locked door in the entry area at the base of the stairs. Guests have their own private entrance on the right-hand side of the house and the host does not have access to your apartment during your stay.
Blinds in the King Bedroom: Please note that the king bedroom currently does not have blinds installed. The blinds are being custom-made and are scheduled to be installed by the end of September 2026.
Children: Due to the stairs and layout of the property, Bella’s Loft is not suitable for young children. There no cot or highchair.
Parking: Parking is available for two cars. One car can park in the driveway on the right-hand side, in front of the garage door. A second car can park off the road at the edge of the property, in front of the double gates. There is no undercover parking available.
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
Pets: Bella’s Loft is pet friendly, so you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay. Please note there is no garden or yard at the property, with only a small balcony available as an outdoor area. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog.
