Perfectly positioned just a 5-minute drive from both Margaret River town and the beautiful beaches of the region, this inviting retreat offers the best of both worlds. With direct access to the walking and cycling path connecting town to the coast, it's the ideal base for families, couples or small groups of up to 5 guests looking to relax, explore and enjoy everything Margaret River has to offer.

Inspired by the owner's Samoan heritage, the name Maloloii means rest and relaxation, and that's exactly what this beautiful bush retreat is all about. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee surrounded by nature, spending the day at the beach or gathering around the outdoor firepit under the stars, Maloloii Studio invites you to slow down, unwind and make yourself at home.

Maloloii Studio is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom home combining modern comforts with a relaxed bushland atmosphere. As you enter, you're welcomed into a light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The cosy fireplace makes this a lovely space to unwind during the cooler months, while reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven and coffee machine, with fresh coffee ready for your morning brew. A dining area provides the perfect spot to share meals and plan your next Margaret River adventure.

Just off the main living area is the family bathroom with a shower and toilet, connecting through to a practical laundry with a washing/dryer machine. Moving further through the home, you'll find a separate entertainment room featuring a large TV, comfortable couch and air-conditioning. It's the perfect place to settle in for a movie night or give the kids their own space to relax after a busy day exploring.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and private ensuite complete with a shower, bath and toilet, creating a peaceful space to retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features another king bed with an elevated king single bunk above, making it a great option for families or small groups travelling together.

Outside, there's plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The outdoor dining area and BBQ are perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh air, while the firepit provides a cosy gathering spot on cooler evenings, subject to seasonal fire restrictions. Families will love the outdoor play area with two swings, giving the little ones space to play amongst the trees. An outdoor shower is a lovely addition, whether you're rinsing off after a day at the beach or enjoying a refreshing shower surrounded by the bush.

An undercover carport with EV charging adds extra convenience for guests travelling by electric vehicle.

Other Things to Note

Internet: Wi-Fi is available at the property.

Property Privacy: Maloloii Studio is located on the same property as the owner's private residence. However, the homes are well separated, with the main residence not visible from the studio, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and private stay surrounded by bushland. We kindly ask guests to respect the owners' privacy and refrain from accessing or approaching the main residence during their stay.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Linen: Linen is included in your stay.

Pets: Sorry, strictly no pets.

Bunk Bed: Please note the elevated king single bunk in the second bedroom is accessed via a steep ladder and may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility.

Outdoor Firepit: The outdoor firepit is available for guest use during permitted periods only and must not be used during fire bans or when local fire restrictions prohibit its use.

Firewood: A limited amount of firewood is provided for each stay, enough to get you started and enjoy a cosy fire. If you plan to use the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit frequently during your stay, we kindly ask that you bring or purchase additional firewood. Please note that use of the outdoor firepit is subject to seasonal fire restrictions.
