This five bedroom, two bathroom holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a thoughtful layout that suits families or small groups. At the front of the house, the master bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, creating a quiet retreat. The remaining bedrooms include three queen rooms and a fifth bedroom with two bunk beds, with only the bottom bunks prepared for guest use.
The main bathroom is centrally located and includes a shower, bath and vanity, with a separate toilet off the laundry for added convenience.
The heart of the home is the spacious open plan living area, where the lounge, dining and kitchen come together in a warm and inviting space. A fireplace adds comfort during cooler months, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather and share meals. A separate TV room provides an additional space to relax, perfect for families needing a little extra room.
Step outside to the patio area, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, ideal for long lunches or evening meals surrounded by nature. Set on a tranquil bush block, the standout feature is the private natural grass tennis court. Guests are welcome to enjoy the court, with care taken to follow the rules provided to maintain its condition.
