The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is designed for kids or friends with four single beds, including a bunk bed. A second bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities is complemented by a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience.
The open-plan living area boasts high ceilings, creating a bright and airy space. It includes a dining table for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunken lounge with a TV, comfortable couch, air-conditioning and a wood fireplace to keep you warm during winter.
Upstairs, a second living area overlooks the main space and features a TV, two couches, and beanbags. One of the couches converts into a sofa bed, accommodating two extra guests. Conveniently located with direct access to the Caves Road tourist drive, the house is less than 10 minutes drive to Gracetown Beach and only a 10 minutes drive to either Margaret River Town or Cowaramup, making it an excellent base for exploring the stunning Margaret River region. The property adjoins Ellenbrook Road where you’ll find Passell Estate Winery, Edwards Winery and Miss Chows restaurant. Walking access along the farm track is available for those looking for some fresh air and exercise after sampling some of the regions finest food and wine.
