Heritage Cottage

Heritage Cottage is the perfect holiday getaway! The kitchen is fully equipped with a hotplate, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All utensils are supplied so you can cook up a storm, or if you prefer, a short five minute walk into town to restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. 

The Space

Aptly named this cottage oozes Margaret River heritage style, it is cosy & comfortable and is perfectly styled throughout. The main house features 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one twin room with two single beds. The 4th bedroom is a sleep-out style room, off the front annex style entry and has one single bed.  The character kitchen is fully equipped and the main bathroom has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A separate toilet adjoins the bathroom. 

The living area has a gorgeous fire place for those cold winter nights, as well as reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round.

The separate patio area has a BBQ, sink and outdoor setting which is fully undercover. The second bathroom is an outdoor toilet & shower room which adjoins the patio area, perfect after a day at the beach. There is a cute cubby house is just off the patio area to keep the kids entertained for hours. Ample onsite parking is available.

The local Farmers Market is on every Saturday for all the region's gourmet delights, and is situated right across the road. The Organic Gardens are also directly across the road, and has a lovely cafe open on the weekends in Summer.

Others things to note:

Firewood: Firewood is provided for one night, to get you started. We kindly ask our guest to purchase additional wood for longer stays. 

Linen: linen is included in your stay. 

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
